About Rotary
Altamonte Springs Rotary Club
The Altamonte Springs Rotary Club was founded in 1978. Members of this community have dedicated themselves to live up to the motto of “Service Above Self”. Community service and fund-raising projects throughout the year benefit local charitable organizations and schools throughout Central Florida.
The Altamonte Springs Rotary Club has funded international projects as well, such as the installation of clean water facilities in impoverished villages in India. In addition, the club has contributed to the hundreds of millions of dollars that Rotary clubs all over the globe have raised in its long-term goal to permanently eradicate the disease of Polio.
